This collaborative workshop invites you to deepen your understanding of the Trauma-Informed approach, also introduced in our Children’s Yoga Teacher Training. We’ll explore how trauma shapes behaviour, learning, and relationships – and how we can create environments of safety, connection, and empowerment.
Together, we’ll unpack practical strategies to recognise the signs of trauma, respond with care, and support the children in our lives with greater sensitivity and confidence. This is a space for reflection, shared experience, and real-world learning - so you can build your trauma-aware toolkit for both daily life and professional practice.
